Quick and easy to make, this salad dressing is tangy and delicious.  Perfect for entertaining or everyday use.

Be sure to use a honey mustard that is low in sodium.  Check the nutrition label carefully.  Most honey mustard varieties are lower in sodium than other types of mustard, but this is not always the case.  We used Grey Poupon’s Honey Mustard, which has only 5 mg of sodium in each teaspoon (60 mg in 1/4 cup).

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup low sodium honey mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

Method

Step 1

Mix together vinegar, mustard, and garlic. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Serve.
